Canadian hardcore legends Comeback Kid announced at their London show last night that they have self-confirmed their presence at Reading/Leeds 2011.

The band have been touring the UK since Sunday, starting at Nottingham’s Hit The Deck festival, with two dates left in Sheffield and Plymouth.

Strictly Our Opinion: Comeback Kid are one of the top hardcore bands on the scene at the moment, and one that fans of the lock-up stage have been asking for years to happen. While there may be a barrier and security standing between the band and the audience, with lead singer Andrew Neufeld at the helm, it will be anything but a tea party!

If and when this is officially announced, Comeback Kid will be a welcome addition to the line-up and may entice the the indecisive to part with their cash.
