Ten different artists have come together in order to create a cover album of The Strokes’ era defining classic Is This It. This release marks the tenth anniversary of their debut, which was first released in Australia on 30th July 2001, but was was released in the UK on 27th August. The album is titled STROKED: A Tribute To Is This It, and can be downloaded for free from Stereogum.

The Strokes will be performing at Reading on 27th August, ten years to the day after Is This It was released in the UK, and at Leeds on 28th August.
