Rock duo The Kills have recently recorded a cover of Marilyn Monroe’s One Silver Dollar whilst performing an acoustic session for Australian radio station Triple J. The band have been in Australia after performing at Splendour in the Grass festival.

The Kills released their fourth studio album earlier this year, which peaked at 40 in the UK album charts, their best position in the charts to date. The band are set to perform at Reading and Leeds festival this year on the NME stage on 27th August at Reading, and 28th August at Leeds.
