The Horrors Hit The Top 5

The Horrors recorded their highest ever album chart entry this week when Skying flew into the charts at number five.

It’s a remarkable victory for a band who have been slowly building their reputation since their raw and ragged debut album Strange House.

The Horrors now find themselves in elite company in the charts as they sit shoulder to shoulder with Lady Gaga, Beyonce and Adele.

1. Adele – 21

2. Beyonce - 4

3. Adele – 19

4. Lady Gaga – Born This Way

5. The Horrors – Skying

6. Caro Emerald – Deleted Scenes From The Cutting Room

7. Bruno Mars – Doo Wops & Hooligans

8. Foo Fighters – Wasting Light

9. Take That - Progressed

10. Rihanna – Loud
