New Music: Ting Tings – “Soul Killing”

It may have taken the Ting Tings four long years to release the follow up to their chart topping debut We Started Nothing but lead single from Sounds From Nowheresville, “Soul Killing”, has finally arrived.
The track is clearly influenced by reggae with a ska-infused guitar line and a vibrant horns section. Most attention however will be directed at the squeaky bed sound that plays throughout the track; is it the most annoying sound ever, is it a rocking chair, wtf etc.
