One of the founding bands of the Seattle grunge scene of the 90s, the quartet reunited in 2010 following a 13-year hiatus, where they headlined the Lollapalooza festival in Chicago, and are set to release a brand new album later in the year. They have also been announced as a sub-headliner for Black Sabbath at this year’s Download Festival.
They were one of the biggest and most successful bands of the 90s, with hits such as “Spoonman”, “Jesus Christ Pose” and “Black Hole Sun”. Joining the Chris Cornell-fronted band are Iggy & the Stooges and Cold Chisel.
Tickets go on sale on Friday March, 30.
