Festival News: NME stage complete at Reading and Leeds

This year’s NME stage has been completed at Reading and Leeds festival, which sees a number of impressive bookings.

Zane Lowe announced the line up on his Radio 1 show earlier tonight. Former Reading legends such as The Hives, Graham Coxon, The Joy Formidable, Mark Lanegan and Mastodon join the bill, alongside new faces including Howler, Friends, Tribes and Spector.

The new announcements in chronological order:

Friday Reading/Saturday Leeds: Graham Coxon, Passion Pit, The Blackout, The Hives, Spector, Friends, Chiddy Bang, Here We Go Magic.

Saturday Reading/Sunday Leeds: Mastodon (special guests), Sanitgold, Dry the River, Twin Atlantic, Pure Love, Futuresound Competition Winner (TBC) (That is not the name of a band by the way!).

Sunday Reading/Friday Leeds: Mark Lanegan Band, The Joy Formidable, Tribes, Django Django, Howler, Of Monsters and Men.
