Enter Shikari Record New Record In Thailand
Enter Shikari have decided to record the follow up to 2009′s successful Common Dreads LP in Thailand, a world away from their native St. Albans
The band told Kerrang this week that they’d finally narrowed their 30 demo tapes down to just fifteen tracks and will be heading to Bang Saray in Thailand to lay down the final recordings.
Talking lyrics Rou Reynolds said that the new record will be less overtly political saying: “I won’t be writing about specific events. There’re all sorts of topics to be addressed, like the causes as to why everything isn’t going well in society as a whole.”
Reynolds also said he’s unsure whether “Quelle Surprise”, the new track debuted at South By South West, will make the new album. All the questions will be answered however once they step foot in the Thai studio.
